ANALISIS TRANSAKSI JUAL BELI MELALUI APLIKASI GO-PAY DAN GO-FOOD DALAM PERSPEKTIF HUKUM ISLAM

Abstract

This study uses a qualitative research method with a socio-historical and historical factual approach or can be called a literature study (Library Research). Sources of data in this study using secondary data sourced from books, journals and other works. The results of the study can be explained that Go-Pay as electronic money using a Wadi'ah contract. Because the contract is Wadi'ah, the discount / cashback / discount is not usury but is a bonus or ordinary gift. While transactions through the Go-Food application which are reviewed based on the fiqh rules of buying and selling above, it can be said that the practice of ordering food through Go-Food services on the Go-Jek application is in accordance with Islamic law because it has fulfilled the pillars and conditions, unless there is one party. which violates the agreed terms.
