Otonomi Khusus Perekonomian Papua Perspektif Siyasah Dusturiyyah

Abstract

Papua is the easternmost region in Indonesia. As an area mandated in the MPR RI Decree Number IV/MPR/1999 concerning the Outlines of Policy Year 1999-2004 Chapter IV letter (g) point 2. MPR Decree Number IV of 2000 further emphasizes the importance of immediately realizing special autonomy for province by taking into account the aspirations of the Papuan people. However, the implementation of Special Autonomy through Law Number 21 of 2001 ultimately faced a new challenge, namely demanding and being consistent, whether the central government actually carried out the provisions contained in the law and how the siyasah dusturiyyah saw the special autonomy of the Papuan economy.
