PROBLEMATIKA HUKUM DAN HAK ASASI MANUSIA PADA PENDIDIKAN KEBERLANJUTAN ANAK DI WILAYAH PELOSOK JANAPRIA LOMBOK TENGAH

Abstract

In remote villages, there are still many people or children who still have not felt the change in their standard of living for the better and gain higher knowledge. And it can be said that he only earned a degree or diploma in elementary school and junior high school. The rights of the community or in this case the children in continuing their education have a very strong influence on changing the state of a nation. The digital world today makes the competition of life that is so sophisticated that children must become a good generation. Children as the nation's generation are the changers of the future and it becomes a government investment for Indonesia and for the progress of Indonesia. The precepts of Pancasila in this work are related to the fifth principle of Indonesia which says "Social justice for all Indonesian people" both in terms of fulfilling human rights and in sustainable education justice.
