ANALISIS HUKUM ISLAM TERHADAP PELAKSANAAN PROGRAM KB PADA PASANGAN MUSLIM DI BAWAH UMUR DALAM MEWUJUDKAN KELUARGA SAKINAH MAWADDAH WARAHMAH DI KABUPATEN LOMBOK TENGAH

Abstract

The pros and cons of using contraceptives in an Islamic society have become an unfinished polemic. Starting since the government launched the KB (Family Planning) program in 1968 until today, there are parties who feel benefited but not a few feel disadvantaged and finally leave the contraceptive practice that was previously followed wholeheartedly when in fact Family Planning (KB) is one way that appropriate and used to improve the health and well-being of families. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The data sources in this study are primary data obtained from interviews with informants and observations made in the field and secondary data obtained from relevant agencies such as the Office of Women's Empowerment, Child Protection, Population Control and Family Planning. The data analysis technique used qualitative descriptive data analysis with validity testing. data using triangulation technique. Based on the results of the analysis of the data description of the main issues that have been discussed, the conclusions obtained from the results of this study are as follows: The implementation of the Family Planning Program in Central Lombok Regency was successful because the community had high awareness so that 90% of 196% of the community carried out family planning programs, seen from the economic condition that is considered mediocre and the age condition that is not ready to have children, so they need to carry out the family planning program so that the children born are as expected, healthy and independent. Judging from the analysis of Islamic law, the community should carry out family planning programs to regulate birth spacing according to the characteristics of family planning acceptors by seeking health information sources by creating quality families through promotion, protection and assistance in realizing reproductive rights and providing services, arrangements and support needed to form a family with the ideal marriage age.
