Model Penyelesaian Konflik Perceraian Dan Strategi Advokat Sebagai Mediator Pada Keluarga Muslim Di Kabupaten Lombok Timur

Abstract

This study  discusses divorce conflicts and  and advocates strategisas mediators in Muslim families in the East Lombok Regency. The background of this research is that advocates have not optimally carred out the mediation model and approach as mediators,thus this descriptive quqlitative research employsinterviw ,obsecervation and documentation techniques to collect the data.Meanwhile,data analysis implements Mils and Huberman Model analysis in recuding data to become sytematic and logical. The findings unvieled that,first ,advocates as mediatoris in resolving divorce conflicts in muslim families in east lombok regency have not applied optimal mediation models and strategies so that the succsess rate is to assist the parties in identifying problems,arranging the meeting agenda,providing understanding to both parties.and diagnosis conflicts .Third the advocates encountered numerous challenges,such as the parties rejection of the mediator’s guidance,their persistence in defending their respective truths,prolonge dconflicts,third-party intervation ,Moreover,the advocates provide advice,
